I bought a Wybot pool vac last April and used it almost everyday, it cleaned and worked perfect. Then it stopped working. Do I ordered another one,
Then I thought that I haven’t had this a year, so let me check the warranty out and it was the easiest processed and most helpful experience. I sent it back and now they’re sending me a new one so now I have a back up. I have a lot of leaves so I didn’t want to be in a mess again. Thank you I have never in my life received such good customer service and when I thanked him (William) he says that is what we are dipped to do. Well you did.

Saves me time and works great
When I want to run multiple passes of my C1 robot pool cleaner, i have to pull the filter box, empty and wash it every time. Having an extra box allows me to run my second pass and clean the first filter box at my leisure. Understand that I still have to wait for recharge but somehow the quick filter box change out is simply satisfying.

Got the C one first. It worked so well that I bought the C2 three or four weeks later. It does an even better job, picking up the finer dust. They work great together if I need them too
